FRANCHISING PROCESS

  1. Submit an application. Review the franchise disclosure document (FDD).

  2. Second interview at one of our existingMarufuku Ramen locations.

  3. Franchise approval, sign franchise and development agreement.

  4. Site selection & approval.

  5. Begin design and construction.

  6. Attend management training.

  7. Onsite training and opening!

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT

Your financial plan will need to reflect the capital necessary to complete the development of the number of the restaurants within the development agreement. This financial plan must be complete, and the commitment of the capital must be in place before the development agreement can be executed.

Marufuku Ramen recommends finding 2nd generation restaurants. The construction cost is reduced, the opening time is faster and your investment is recuperated in less time. If you do a New construction costs are much higher and take longer to open, sometimes over a year.

Initial and Ongoing Fees: The initial franchise fee is $30,000 per restaurant. There is an ongoing royalty of 5% and a continuing advertising fee of 1%.
